History
Zendari Song Contest 1
Although not being on the lineup of participating nations in the first edition, Yuvia was granted to vote as a special juror in the grand final.
Zendari Song Contest 2
Yuvia has confirmed to debut in the second edition, and ran a national final; Otbor Yuvia 2, to select the entrant for their debut. On 7 January 2018, Hanna was determined Yuvia's first entrant in the Zendari Song Contest, as she won the national final with her song "Poteryala Golovu" (Потеряла Голову). However, on 15 January 2018, Hanna fell during a promotional concert and broke her neck, forcing her to step down as Yuvia's entrant, due to time constraints. In the same day, NAVIBAND was announced to replace Hanna's representation with their Belarusian song "Biažy".
Yuvia had placed 4th overall in the final, with a total of 122 points. In the semi-final, they placed 7th, with 79 points.
Zendari Song Contest 3
Yuvia confirmed participation for the Zendari Song Contest 3, and ran a national final; Otbor Yuvia 3, to select an entrant for their second time participating.
On 15 February 2018, alternative-pop band VERIDIA was crowned the winner of Otbor Yuvia 3, and accepted the invitation to represent Yuvia in the Zendari Song Contest 3. Because of their 4th place success in the Zendari Song Contest 2, Yuvia was given an Automatic Qualifier [AQ] spot.
Yuvia was an Automatic Qualifier in the 3rd edition, which caused them to be excused from the semi finals. Yuvia had placed 9th overall in the final, with a total of 102 points.
Zendari Song Contest 4
Yuvia confirmed participation for the Zendari Song Contest 4, and ran a national final; Otbor Yuvia 4, to select an entrant for their third time participating. The winner was determined to be Merely with her entry "Scandinavia", on 10 March, 2018.
Yuvia had placed 7th overall in the final, with a total of 125 points. In the semi final, they placed 6th, collecting 74 points.
Zendari Song Contest 5
Yuvia for the first time, in the Zendari Song Contest 5, decided their representative entry through an internal selection. Reasonings for this change were due to funding cuts on the Otbor Yuvia competition series. On 5 May 2018, ITR revealed that Hildur would represent Yuvia in the 5th edition, with her song "I'll Walk With You". Sadly, for the first time, Yuvia had failed to qualify for the final due to the infamous "Robloc Scandal".
Yuvia initially placed 9th in their semi final, however, their votes were nullified since it was revealed a secret bloc which included Yuvia were exchanging votes, ultimately dropping Yuvia from qualification, and to 11th place with 42 points.
Zendari Song Contest 6
Since the shutdown of Otbor Yuvia from ITR spending cuts, ITR publicly announced on 15 May 2018, that a new national final system would overshadow. This national final system was to be known as the Altamusikfestival Yuvia series. On 28 May 2018, Merna had taken the first ever victory on the series with her song "Better Run", and immediately after accepted the invitation to represent Yuvia in the Zendari Song Contest 6.
For the second time in a row, Yuvia had failed to qualify for the Zendari grand final. They placed 15th, with a total of 42 points. This is noted as their worst result to date, behind their only other non-qualification the edition prior.
Zendari Song Contest 7
For the second time, Yuvia had reversed their means of selection to Internal; speculated to do with more budget cuts. On 27 June 2018, ITR revealed that Janice would represent Yuvia in the 7th edition, with her song "Love You Like I Should".
Yuvia had gained their best placement so far in the contest, placing 3rd in the final with a total of 131 points, and 4th in the semi final, with 98 points. Because of placing in the top 5, Yuvia had been granted an Automatic Qualifier [AQ] spot in the 8th edition. This would be the second time that Yuvia had been granted the Automatic Qualifier spot, following their 4th placing entry "Biažy" in the 2nd edition.
Zendari Song Contest 8
After their bronze-medal success in the prior 7th edition, Yuvia had shown immediate interest in partaking in the 8th edition, which they soon confirmed to do so. Once again, the Altamusikfestival series was back up to be the national selection for Yuvia, running for it's second edition of the show, Altamusikfestival Yuvia 2. On 10 August 2018, Kove and Moko were crowned victorious for the second edition with their entry, "Hurts", and both have accepted the invitation to represent their home nation in the upcoming contest.
Yuvia was an Automatic Qualifier in the 8th edition, which caused them to be excused from the semi finals. They placed overall 4th in the grand final with a total of 104 points. This means for the second consecutive time, Yuvia placed in the top 5 rank; enabling the Automatic Qualifier spot again for the 9th edition. This is also the second time Yuvia achieved the 4th rank, the last time being their debut in the 2nd edition.
Zendari Song Contest 9
From underlying issues regarding ITR; Yuvia's public broadcaster for Altamusikfestival, they made an announcement on 1 September 2018 that as in the 6th edition, Yuvia would decide their participation based on an internal selection. Exactly one month later on 1 October 2018, ITR presented Yuvia's entrant to be Sabi Miss; a nationally recognized Yuvian artist. It was also said she'd be singing her song "Shlepat'" in Qyzylsha.
Yuvia was an Automatic Qualifier in the 9th edition, which caused them to be excused from the semi finals. They placed for the first time out of the top 10 ranking countries, earning the 21st place with a total of 63 points. This is marked as Yuvia's worst final placement to date.
