Background
Franova Radio & Television Company (FRTC) is holding a National final, namely Song for Franova 5, to choose the entries of Franova for Zendari Song Contest 11 and Zendarifestivalen 8. This is the second time that the National Song Final has been held in Rockmount. There are 12 songs to choose from.
Venue
Rockmount Indoor Arena is situated in the Capital of Franova. With a capacity of 80,000, this arena hosts music events as well as being the National Indoor sports venue. With excellent transport links, this stadium is situated on the waterfront, only a mile away from the centre of the Capital.
Format
12 songs will be entered into the National Final, of which one must be in each of the national languages of English and French. There will be international juries and the Franova national televote to decide the winner. 12, 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 & 1 points are awarded by each jury and the song with the most votes represent Franova in Zendari Song Contest. Should there be a tie for first place, the song who scored higher in the Franova Televote will be declared the winner. The runner-up of the National Final will represent Franova in Zendarifestivalen.
