Shairia's Choice

Shairia's Choice 4 is the first of the Shairia's Choice national finals. It was confirmed to be held when Dua Lipa confirmed that she would not be able to participate in the fourth edition of Zendari Song Contest. It was confirmed that the show would be held in Jacqueline, with the person behind the city hosting the show with Sigrid Raabe. On 5th March 2018, ONUKA won with the song "Vidlik", however decided to give the top spot to the 2nd place, which was Ivi Adamou with the song "Aftó ton kairó", which means Adamou will represent Shairia in the fourth edition of Zendari Song Contest, however the national final was later scrapped, and it was announced that Tula would represent Shairia with the song "River".

Participants

Many artists have been rumoured to participate in the final.

It was rumoured that Sigrid Raabe would participate in the final, however these rumours were proven to be false when it was confirmed that she would host the contest, along with Jacqueline.
It was rumoured that Hildur would participate, however this was denied as she was not on the final list of participants.
It was rumoured that Eleni Foureira would participate, however Foureira denied these rumours on her twitter.
It was rumoured that RuPaul would participate, however this was denied as he was not on the final list of participants.
It was rumoured that Ivi Amadou would participate. This was confirmed after she was announced as one of the final participants.
It was rumoured that Katrine Lukins would participate, however this was denied as she was announced to be taking part in Otbor Yuvia 4.
It was rumoured that a novelty act would participate, with JoJo Siwa being a discussed name. JoJo Siwa was later confirmed as one of the final participants.
It was rumoured that vivienxo would participate. This was confirmed after she was announced as one of the final participants.
It was rumoured that ionnalee would participate, however this was proven to be false when it was confirmed that ionnalee would participate for Olkenland in the Zendari Song Contest 3.
It was rumoured that CupcakKe would participate, however this was proven to be false when it was confirmed that CupcakKe would participate for Violía in the Zendarifestivalen 1.
It was rumoured that Ehla would participate with the song "J'ai cru". These rumours were confirmed to be true when Ehla was announced as the first artist, as the announcement video was leaked by John Amalis, who is now in prison for 60 years. However, SBC decided not to take the announcement down, calling it a "surprise" for the public and even uploading it to their Klikap Videos channel.
It was leaked by SBC that someone with a first name beginning with a J, would be performing a song beginning with D, and ending with a T. Later on in the week, it was announced that the artist was JAIN, and it was later revealed the song was "Dynabeat".
It was leaked that Margaret would participate in the final, however it was confirmed on 22 February 2018 that Margaret would not be participating and that Tess, who participated in Otbor Yuvia 2, would be participating with the song "Dark But Beautiful".
Rumours went around Shairia that Dotter, a Titonian-Vasseaunian singer who is very popular in Shairia, would participate in the final. In the late hours of 23 February 2018, Dotter showed interests in participating on her Twitter, however she was not asked. SBC later revealed that Dotter was asked to participate. Dotter confirmed this rumour, however did not confirm if she was participating or not. On 24 February 2018, it was confirmed that Dotter would not be participating.
